Polish cuisine from the experience of a Los Angeles native who learned from her matka/mother, babcia/grandmother and some of Poland’s best kuchnie/kitchens. What has been described as “the best pierogi I’ve ever had “ by Polish and American people alike, just happens to be always weganskie/vegan. All flour is non-gmo, local mill. Every pierog is handmade with love. We hope to represent the food of our homeland well.
